Your Inspection

What to expect from your inspection.

Whether you are buying, selling, or maintaining your home, Fred Herndon Home Inspections provides professional and quality service from the moment you call us. We believe our job is not simply to find defects in the house; half of our job is ensuring that you understand the home you are buying. We will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn.

For your protection, all NC inspectors must follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by the NC Home Inspector Licensure Board. Having reviewed the standards from all major trade associations and several other states, we believe these are among the most detailed and comprehensive standards available.
